Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 11:00 AM.

Yes, our team is here for you 24/7. No matter what time you arrive, you’ll always find someone ready to welcome you with a smile.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
Absolutely! We have a secure luggage storage area. You can store your bags there for free before checking in or after you check out, so you can explore Lyon hands-free.

What are the restaurant and bar hours?
Welcome to the Hill Club, our California-inspired restaurant!
•Lunch: Wednesday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and on weekends until 3:00 PM.
•Dinner: Every day from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
•Open exclusively for seminars on Mondays and Tuesdays.
•The Bar: Open every evening until 10:30 PM to enjoy a cocktail or a beer on the terrace.
Do you serve brunch?
You bet! Every Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM, come enjoy our famous all-you-can-eat brunch.
•Prices: €34 per adult / €17 for children (ages 4–12).
How's breakfast going?
We offer a full breakfast buffet to help you start your day off right.
Weekdays: 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Weekends: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

What amenities will I find in my room?
All of our rooms are designed for your comfort in a contemporary style. Each room features: individually controlled air conditioning, a private bathroom with a hairdryer, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a desk.
Available upon request: a crib (subject to availability).
Do you offer rooms for three people (triple occupancy)?
Yes, we have Superior Triple Rooms available. With a surface area of 25m², they offer the ideal space for a family of three. With their carefully designed decor, these spacious rooms will allow you to enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Do you have solutions for families of 4 or more?
Absolutely! We have two ideal options for groups: The Quadruple Room (25m²): A perfect cocoon to comfortably accommodate 4 people. Designed for families or groups of friends, it combines space, practicality, and a welcoming atmosphere.
The Connecting Family Suite (39m²): Comprising a comfort room and a superior master bedroom, it is ideal for 4 people and a baby. For little ones: Cribs, high chairs, and bottle warmers are available upon request.
Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Unfortunately, the current architecture of the hotel does not yet allow us to offer rooms adapted to PRM standards. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available free of charge and without limits throughout the hotel, including in the rooms.
Do you offer a daily cleaning service?
Yes, cleaning is provided by our teams. However, as part of our eco-friendly approach, we encourage our guests (for stays of 2 nights or more) to opt out of the cleaning service if they wish, which saves 60 liters of water.
Does the hotel have a wellness area or a gym?
The Chromatics Hotel does not have a wellness area (spa, swimming pool) or a gym. However, you can relax on our shaded terrace. For sports enthusiasts, the nearby banks of the Saône river are ideal for jogging.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, your four-legged friends (dogs and cats) are welcome at the hotel! Rate: €15 supplement per animal per day.
Seminars & Business
Can we hold meetings or seminars?
The Chromatics Hotel is the ideal venue for your events! We have seven modular meeting rooms spread over 400 m². Total capacity: All of our spaces can accommodate up to 300 people.
Configurations: From small, intimate meetings in our Napa lounge (up to 14 people) to large conferences in the Malibu space (up to 110 people in theater format).
Light & Outdoor Space: Most of our rooms benefit from natural light, and some, such as the Séquoia room, offer a soothing view of the garden or direct access to our terrace for your breaks. Discover our Rooms.
What equipment is included in the rooms?
We provide everything you need for a productive meeting: a projector and screen, a whiteboard, high-speed Wi-Fi, notepads and pens, and detox drinks.
Available upon request: speakers and microphones.
Do you provide catering for seminars?
Yes, everything takes place on-site: enjoy meals at The Hill Club restaurant and its cocktail bar, with tea, coffee, and detox drinks available in the meeting rooms. On Mondays and Tuesdays, our restaurant is open exclusively for seminars.

Do you have parking?
The Chromatics Hotel does not have private parking. However, we have negotiated preferential rates for you with the Q-Park Lyon Perrache Archives car park, located at 2 Rue Smith (in the immediate vicinity). Here are the rates negotiated for our guests: Night: €10 and Day: €15 24 hours: €21

How do I get to the hotel by public transportation?
The hotel is very easy to reach! •From Lyon Perrache Station: We are only a 5-minute walk away. •From Saint-Exupéry Airport: Allow around 30 minutes by car or 55 minutes by public transport (Rhônexpress + Metro/Tram).
