  • What are the hotel's check-in/check-out times?

    Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out before 11 a.m.

  • What are the breakfast times?

    Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekdays and from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on weekdays.

  • Does the hotel offer room service?

    We do offer room service for breakfast.

  • What are the restaurant opening times?

    The Hill Club restaurant is open every day from 12pm to 2pm and from 7pm to 10pm.

  • What are the bar opening times?

    The bar is open until 10pm.

  • Is reception open even if I arrive late at night?

    Yes, of course the reception is open 24/7.

    No, unfortunately Chromatics does not yet offer a PRM room.

    The Place Bellecour can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot.

    "We do not have private parking at the hotel. However, we have a partnership with the nearest public car park: Q park, 2 Rue Smith, Places des Archives 69002 Lyon.

    The tourist tax at the Chromatics is €1.65/person/night. It must be paid directly to the hotel.

    The Chromatics hotel offers guests a 400 m² workspace divided into 7 seminar rooms, most of which benefit from an abundance of natural light. These rooms, which can accommodate up to 300 people, are fully equipped with video projectors, flipcharts, notepads, pens, sound equipment, microphones, air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. What's more, the rooms have direct access to the hotel terrace, giving you the chance to relax and enjoy invigorating breaks in the sunshine.

Eco responsibility

  • What steps has the hotel taken to protect the environment?

    As part of our commitment to social and environmental responsibility (SER), our hotels have decided to stop using plastic bottles, and we now have a Purezza water fountain in the lobby of each of our establishments. To raise our guests' awareness of everyday actions to help the environment, HappyCulture hotels sort waste and display "eco-gestures". During breakfasts, we favour local and bulk products in order to reduce our carbon footprint. To encourage responsible consumption, for stays of two nights or more we encourage our guests to dispense with the cleaning service, saving up to 60 litres of water.
